6. Subscription & Payments

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You must provide accurate billing information
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our service

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
